As you know, we're all about maximizing JOY around the table and minimizing worry. We'd love to help you set a table you love. Sign up for a complimentary session with our founder, DANA LEWIS, or another team member. We can't wait to meet you and your table!

Shipping

We ship domestic orders through UPS and USPS Ground and provide $10 flat rate shipping for orders over $100 and $8 for orders less than $100 placed within the U.S. If items in your order are unexpectedly out of stock or backordered, we will get in touch to let you know when your items are expected to ship. Order processing time is 24-48 hours.
 

Returns

We hope that you love your Proper Table goods as much as we do, but if you must return or exchange any item, we will be happy to help within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition and returned in original packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective. Refunds are processed within 14 days. Please contact us to initiate a return at returns@propertableco.com.
 

Production Quality

Placemats and napkins may show differences in color or texture that do not indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect that there will be minor distinctions that will make your placemats and napkins unique.
