Refund policy

We hope that you love your Proper Table goods as much as we do, but if you must return or exchange any item, we will be happy to help within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition and returned in original packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective. Refunds are processed within 30 days. Please contact us to initiate a return at returns@propertableco.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Contact us at returns@propertableco.com and we can help with an exchange.

Refunds
You will be notified via email once your return is processed. If there is any issue with your return, we will let you know upon inspection of the products.
